The MAX1086/MAX1088 +5V (MAX1086/MAX1088) operate with a single +5V supply. The MAX1087/MAX1089 o AutoShutdown Between Conversions operate with a single +3V supply. The devices feature a o Low Power successive-approximation ADC, automatic shutdown, 200µA at 150ksps fast wake-up (1.4µs), and a high-speed 3-wire inter- 130µA at 100ksps face.
