5. Electrical Characteristics
All parameter values are valid under the operating conditions specified in section 4 (unless otherwise stated). All parameters are valid for the ambient temperature range TAMB and for the supply voltage range VDDE = 4.5 to 5.5 V. Unless otherwise defined, the parameters are related to the ZSSC4175D-01 itself. All voltages are referenced to VSSA pin.
