Temperature coefficient is the change in output voltage with Thermal hysteresis is defined as the change in output voltage respect to operating temperature changes, normalized by the after the device is cycled through temperature from +25°C to output voltage at 25°C. This parameter is expressed in ppm/°C −40°C to +85°C and back to +25°C. This is a typical value from and can be determined with the fol owing equation: a sample of parts put through such a cycle.  ppm V V = V (25°C) − V O (T − V T 2 ) O ( 1 ) 6 TCV = (1) O _ HYS O O _ TC O    °C  V V °C − O ( °C) × ( ×10 25 T − T 2 1 ) 25 (2) V ppm = V O O TC ×10 O _ HYS [ ] ( ) _ 6 where: VO (25°C) VO(25°C) = VO at 25°C. where: VO(T1) = VO at Temperature 1. V V O(25°C) = VO at 25°C. O(T2) = VO at Temperature 2. VO_TC = VO at 25°C after temperature cycles from +25°C to −40°C to +85°C and back to +25°C.
