Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic No connection required. These pins may be connected to T 1, 2, 17 - 24 N/C RF/DC ground without affecting performance. M These pins and exposed ground paddle 3, 5, 14, 16 GND must be connected to RF/DC ground. 4 RFIN This port is matched to 50 Ohms. L - S BIT3, BIT1, Non-Inverted Control Input. See truth table 6, 9, 11, 13 ITA BIT2, BIT4 and control voltage tables. IG BIT3, BIT1 Inverted Control Input. See truth table 7, 8, 10, 12 BIT2, BIT4 and control voltage tables. 15 RFOUT This port is matched to 50 Ohms. S - D R E
