Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic 1, 6, 7, 13, N/C These pins are not connected internally. 17, 18 2 TEMP Temperature sensor output pin. 12 RF Input pins. Connect RF to INP, and AC couple 3, 4 INP, INN INN to ground for single-ended operation. T Enable pin, connect to Vcc1, Vcc2, Vcc3 for normal operation. S - SM 5 EN Applying voltage <0.2 x (Vcc1, Vcc2, Vcc3) will initiate power saving mode. R O T C E T E 8 - 12, 19, 20, Vcc1, Vcc2, Bias supply. Connect supply voltage to 23, 24 Vcc3 these pins with appropriate fi ltering. R D E W O P 14 CLPF Loop fi lter capacitor for output ripple fi ltering. Logarithmic output that converts the input power 15 LOGOUT to a DC level in detector mode. Short this pin to VSET for detector mode. VSET input in controller mode.
