Each parameter is an independent value. When creating a system design using this device, the electrical characteristics specified in this datasheet should also be considered. Note 1: If the rising slopes of VCC2 and VEE are so steep, the internal circuit operation may not be stable. In that case, please design the slopes to be 0.5 V/μs or less. Note 2: 15 V is the recommended minimum operating positive supply voltage (VCC2 - VE) to ensure adequate margin in excess of the maximum VUVLO+ threshold of 12.5V. Note 3: This supply is optional. Required only when negative gate drive is implemented.
