Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic T M 1, 5 - 14, 18, N/C Not Connected 20, 22, 24 Package bottom has exposed metal paddle that 2, 4, 15, 17 GND must be connected to RF/DC ground. S - S R This pad is AC coupled 3 RFIN IE and matched to 50 Ohms This pad is AC coupled 16 RFOUT LIF and matched to 50 Ohms P M Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier.
