Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic This pad is AC coupled and matched to 1 IN IP 50 Ohms from 7 - 13.5 GHz. H C Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 2, 3 Vdd1, 2 capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 µF are required. - S R This pad is AC coupled and matched to 4 OUT 50 Ohms from 7 - 13.5 GHz. IE Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. LIF P M A E
