The amplifi er provides 11.5 dB of IS gain, from a bias supply of +4V @ 60 mA with O a noise fi gure of 4 dB. The HMC-ALH140 amplifi er N die is ideal for integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) due to its small size (3.5 mm2). W O L
