Pad Number Function Description Pin Schematic IP H Gate control for amplifier. Adjust to achieve Id of 85mA. 1 Vgg Please follow “MMIC Amplifier Biasing Procedure” Application Note. S - C R This pad is AC coupled 2 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms IE LIF Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External 3 Vdd bypass P capacitors of 100 pF and 0.01 µF are required. M This pad is AC coupled 4 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. R A E
