Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T M 1, 3, 7, 9 GND Package bottom must also be connected to RF/DC ground This pin is AC coupled 2 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. S - S R This pin may be connected to RF/DC ground. 4, 6, 10, 12 N/C IE Performance will not be affected. LIF Gate control for amplifier. Adjust to achieve Id of 84 mA. P 5 Vgg Please follow “MMIC Amplifier Biasing Procedure” Application Note. M This pin is AC coupled R A 8 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. E W Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass O 11 Vdd capacitors are required.
