Pad Number Function Description Pin Schematic IP 1 RFIN This pad is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. H Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 1, 3 Vdd1, Vdd2 capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 µF are required. R - C IE 4 RFOUT This pad is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. LIF P Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC Ground. M R A E W
