Stresses above those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings Vdd to GND Voltage +6.5V / -0.3V may cause permanent damage to the device. This is a stress EN to GND Voltage Vdd + 0.5V / -0.3V rating only; functional operation of the device at these or any RDx / HVx to GND Voltage Vdd + 0.5V / -0.3V other conditions above those indicated in the operational Thermal Resistance section of this specification is not implied. Exposure to 30 °C/W (Junction to ground paddle) absolute maximum rating conditions for extended periods Maximum Junction Temperature +125 °C may affect device reliability.
