Temperature The ADCMP563 LFCSP 16-lead package option has a θJA Operating Temperature, Ambient −40°C to +85°C (junction-to-ambient thermal resistance) of 70°C/W in Operating Temperature, Junction 125°C still air. Storage Temperature Range −65°C to +150°C The ADCMP564 QSOP 20-lead package option has a θJA (junction-to-ambient thermal resistance) of 80°C/W in still air.
