The ADuM6200/ADuM6201/ADuM6202 are approved by the organizations listed in Table 15. Refer to Table 20 and the Insulation Lifetime section for more information about the recommended maximum working voltages for specific cross-insulation waveforms and insulation levels.

The asterisk (*) marking branded on the component designates IEC 60747-5-2 (VDE 0884 Part 2):2003-01 approval. 3 In accordance with DIN V VDE V 0884-10 (VDE V 0884-10):2006-12, each ADuM6200/ADuM6201/ADuM6202 in the RI-16-1 package is proof-tested by applying an insulation test voltage ≥ 1590 V peak for 1 sec (partial discharge detection limit = 5 pC).
