RF Input Voltage. Referenced to VCC. An
SHDN (Pin 3):
Shutdown Input. A logic low on the SHDN external coupling capacitor to the RF source is required. pin places the part in shutdown mode. A logic high enables The frequency range is 300MHz to 3GHz. This pin has an the part. SHDN has an internal 150k pull down resistor to internal 250Ω termination, an internal Schottky diode ensure that the part is in shutdown when the drivers are in detector and peak detector capacitor.
