SUCCESSIVE DETECTION LOG VIDEO AMPLIFIER (SDLVA) WITH LIMITED RF OUTPUT, 1 - 26 GHz Pad Descriptions
Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic 1 -4, 31 VCC1 IP H C Bias supply. Connect supply voltage to these pads with appropriate filtering. - 6, 7 VCC3 See application circuit. To ensure proper start-up supply rise time RS should be faster than 100usec O T 8, 9 VCC4 C TE E D Bias supply. Connect supply voltage to R this pad with appropriate filtering. 5 VCC2 See application circuit. To ensure proper start-up supply rise time WE should be faster than 100usec O P Enable pad, connected to supply voltage for normal 10 EN operation. Total supply current reduced to less than 3mA when EN is set to 0V. 11, 14 - 17, 20 - 26, 29, 30 GND Die bottom must be connected to RF and DC ground. Die Bottom RF Output pads. AC couple RF to RF OUT+, and AC RFOUT+, 12, 13 couple RF OUT- to ground via 50 Ohm for single ended RFOUT- operation.
