may cause permanent damage to the device. This is a stress VDD to GND −0.3 V to 7 V rating only; functional operation of the device at these or any Analog Input Voltage to GND −0.3 V to VDD + 0.3 V other conditions above those listed in the operational sections Reference Input Voltage to GND −0.3 V to VDD + 0.3 V of this specification is not implied. Exposure to absolute Digital Input Voltage to GND −0.3 V to +7 V maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect Digital Output Voltage to GND −0.3 V to V device reliability. DD + 0.3 V Input Current to Any Pin Except Supplies1 ±10 mA Operating Temperature Range Commercial (B Version) −40°C to +125°C Storage Temperature Range −65°C to +150° Junction Temperature 150°C 10-Lead MSOP Package θJA Thermal Impedance 200°C/W (MSOP) θJC Thermal Impedance 44°C/W (MSOP) Pb/SN Temperature, Soldering Reflow (10 sec to 30 sec) 240 (+0/−5)°C Pb-Free Temperature, Soldering Reflow 260 (+0)°C ESD 1.5 kV 1 Transient currents of up to 100 mA do not cause SCR latch-up.
ESD CAUTION
ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000 V readily accumulate on the human body and test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although this product features proprietary ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality.
