The LTC6431-15 is easy n S22 < –15dB Up to 1.2GHz to use, requiring a minimum of external components. It is n > 2VP-P Linear Output Swing internally input/output matched to 50Ω and it draws only n P1dB = 20.6dBm 90mA from a single 5V supply. n DC Power = 450mW n 50Ω Single-Ended Operation On-chip bias and temperature compensation maintain n Insensitive to V performance over environmental changes.
