θJA is specified for the worst-case conditions, that is, a device VIN, EN -0.3V to 66 V soldered in a circuit board for surface-mount packages. JEDEC VDD2 -0.3V to 42 V thermal resistance values (θJA & θJC) and thermal characterization VREG1 -0.3V to 16V parameter (ΨJT) shown in Table 4 should be used in compliance NGATE, PGATE -0.3V to 16V with JEDEC standards for thermal reporting (JESD51-12). RT, CS, SYNC, SS1, SS2, PGOOD, FB, -0.3V to 6V COMP, OVP, MODE, DMAX, SR1, SR2,

ESD CAUTION
1 Refers to common mode transients across the insulation barrier. Common mode transients exceeding the absolute maximum rating can cause latch up or permanent damage. Stresses at or above those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the product. This is a stress rating only; functional operation of the product at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational section of this specification is not implied. Operation beyond the maximum operating conditions for extended periods may affect product reliability. Rev.
